Marc served three tours of duty and four overseas deployments in the Army from 1985 to 1992 and from 1999 to 2007. While in the Army, he worked in various roles such as: Tank Turret Mechanic, Hull Mechanic, Light Wheeled Mechanic, MP, Executive Protection, and private investigator. Marc also worked in a military prison in Guantanamo Bay Cuba in 2002 and as Armored Truck Courier in the High Desert area of California for 5 years. He took first place and second place in pistol shooting back-to-back years with Armored Transport of California.
Marc is a retired law enforcement officer, having served at Barrow County GA Sheriff's Office in the Patrol and Court Services divisions, and as a School Resource Officer. Marc also worked for The Clarke County GA Sheriff’s Office in the jail and courts divisions. He also served as Civil Air Patrol Squadron Commander in Barrow County GA for 10 years.
Marc holds an associate degree in criminal justice from American Military University.
